Workshop Cancellation Policy
Introduction
The purpose of this document is to outline the conditions and entitlements related to changes and cancellations.
Event Changed or Cancelled by SQUUSHED
If an event date needs to be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the following options:
- A place at another workshop
- Store credit equivalent to the cost of the ticket
- A full refund
Participants can choose their preferred option. If they choose a place at another workshop that is more expensive than the original one, they will need to pay the difference. If the new workshop is less expensive, SQUUSHED will offer credit or a refund for the difference.
Participants will be notified via email of any changes to their scheduled workshop.
Event Changed or Cancelled by Participant
If a participant wishes change the workshop they attend, or cancel their attendance entirely, the following conditions apply:
- Within 14 days: No penalties. The participant will be offered a place on another workshop, store credit note or a full refund.
- Within 7 days: No penalties for changing to a different workshop. For cancellations, the participant will be offered a 50% store credit note or a 50% refund.
- Within 3 days: No penalties for changing to a different workshop. For cancellations, no store credit or refund will be offered.
- No show: The participant will not be offered a place on another workshop, a store credit note or a refund. In the case of a no show, the participant is forfeiting their ticket.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, bereavement, or other significant unforeseen events, participants may be eligible for special consideration. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate course of action based on the specifics of each situation.
