Shipping Countries

We offer international shipping across Europe. Europe is our primary market, but please reach out if you are from elsewhere and would like to order from us. We can see what we can do! 

There may be some countries that are restricted due to world events. Examples include:

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea 

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that all customs or duties incurred as the importer of goods are the purchaser's responsibility.

Expected Dispatch Times

Many of our products are made on demand, so the turnaround time is slightly longer. We aim to dispatch your items 3-5 business days after receiving your order.

Delayed Orders

We will endeavour to deliver your order promptly. If, however, you are still waiting to receive tracking information 7 business days after your order, please contact help@squushed.com, and we'll look into it.
