The Design

Booby Trap

The Booby Trap design is a quirky play on words illustration. The blue-footed booby is a bird native to the eastern Pacific Ocean, and, as the name suggests, has distinctive blue feet. Here, the boobies are in a precarious position, one is about to be caught in a box trap, and is none too happy about it, and the other is looking on with perhaps exasperation. This illustration is perfect for those who appreciate clever puns and enjoy a touch of whimsy
